Standard Shipping & Handling Cost
www.heatershack.com offers free shipping and handling for all orders shipped to any one of the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is through UPS ground service.
Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. This shipping fee will automatically be applied to the order during checkout.
In-stock items will usually ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for UPS ground transit time once your item has shipped. You can track you order online at www.ups.com
Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no www.heatershack.com employee can guarantee shipping faster unless expedited (rush delivery) shipping is available, purchased and processed while we are on the phone with our customer.
Expedited Shipping and Handling
Overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping is only available for items which are currently in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for expedited shipping, please call us at 888-499-8656 to verify that the order can be filled in time.
Address Correction Fees
Orders which have been submitted to www.heatershack.com with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $12.00 charge.
Incorrect address information would include:
Missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier.
Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.

The $12.00 fee may be charged to www.heatershack.com by UPS when packages are undeliverable due to lack of, or bad information in the address field. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was originally placed under. If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us at 630-776-8587 so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the damaged item from you, as well as send you a new replacement unit. Damaged call tags are good for 1 week after the replacement unit is received. If the damaged item is not in transit back to www.heatershack.com within 7 days after receipt of a replacement unit, additional charges will be issued.
Lost packages must be reported to www.heatershack.com within 30 days of order placement. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. However, most orders will arrive within 2 - 4 business days unless otherwise stated next to product description. Please contact us at 1-630-776-8587as soon as possible if your order has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after 30 days from the original date of order placement.
Once an order is submitted, any cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Exceptions. This includes any refusal of the package from UPS or any returned package to www.heatershack.com. A restocking fee of 20% and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the customers refund.
